Milk Is The Ideal Drink For Women Who Have Weight-loss

Researchers at McMaster University (USA) found that women who drank two large glasses of milk a day after a workout at the gym was to lose more fat and tightening muscles better than those who drank energy drinks.

Benefits of work outs for women are huge, says study author Professor Stu Phillips. They increase bone strength and improves muscle metabolism.

Phillips in the previous study found that milk can increase muscle mass in men.

But with women, according to one scientist, is much more complex: trying to stay away from work both "male" out, and dairy products, for fear of putting on weight.
