4 Ways To Prevent Breast Cancer

It is estimated that about 40 percent of breast cancers could be prevented each year if all women who took instructions from a recently updated report by the American Institute for Cancer Research:

1. Keep your weight down. Fat cells produce too much estrogen, which can fuel the growth of some tumors.

2. Moving for at least 30 minutes every day. In addition, to help maintain a healthy weight, it is the immune system and keeps hormone levels in balance.

3.Have a third alcoholic drink per day, max. Abstention is even better. Alcohol may work with other chemicals in your body to cause more damage to the cells.

4.If you have a fourth baby, try to breastfeed exclusively for 6 months. It can reduce your risk by almost 60 percent.
