Lower Risk Of Heart Coffee Stroke In Women

Many women love to drink coffee, but do not know that this drink can help keep heart beat away. The good news is that over a cup of coffee a day can help women prevent heart disease by reducing the risk of almost 22% to 25%. Interestingly, those who do not drink coffee at risk for sudden heart.

A recent study showed that consumption of coffee to help women prevent heart disease, although a variety of different studies, which have been made previously, it proved the opposite. This study took place 34 670 women aged between 49 and 83 years.

Experts say that even if it is too early to declare that coffee can actually improve the health of women, their study to help women stop worrying about their coffee consumption increases. People from all over the world loves coffee, because it is one of the most consumed beverage.

Susanna Larsson, author of the study and researcher at the Division of Nutritional Epidemiology, National Institute of Environmental Medicine, Karolinska Institutet in Stockholm, Sweden, said that even small health benefits found in coffee could save their health.

Although it is too early to increase the amount of coffee, women must not think that this drink can damage their health.
